About
The African Genome Variation Database (AGVD) was developed by members of the H3ABioNet African Genome Variation Database Project.
Development of the AGVD was funded by H3ABioNet, a project within the H3Africa Consortium.
Samples were provided by the H3Africa Consortium, AWI-Gen, and The Egyptian Genome Project.
